Avyra XL Comfort Pads are built to remove that trade-off — a slim profile on the outside, with a full multi-layer absorbent structure underneath, so you get dependable protection that doesn’t feel like you’re wearing one.

• Cotton-Soft Top Sheet: A soft, hydrophilic cotton-blend top layer pulls liquid in quickly, keeping the surface against your skin dry through the day.

• Even-Spread Core Technology: The ADL layer spreads fluid across the pad rather than letting it pool, which is what prevents the “wet patch” feeling many regular pads develop by midday.

• Reliable Absorbent Core: Fluff pulp + SAP core locks fluid into a gel form, keeping it contained through walking, sitting, and regular daily movement.

• Breathable Back Sheet: A micro-porous film blocks leakage from below while letting some air circulate, reducing the closed-in feeling of fully plastic-backed pads.

• Natural Antibacterial Defense: Graphene naturally inhibits the reproduction of anaerobic bacteria. This drastically reduces the risk of yeast infections and skin irritations caused by trapped heat and moisture.

Each layer is selected for a balance of comfort, breathability, and reliable protection suited to everyday wear.

• Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.

• Peel off the paper backing to expose the adhesive strip.

• Place the adhesive side onto the inner gusset of your underwear.

• Unfold the side wings and press them firmly around the outer edge of your underwear for a secure fit.

• Change every 4–6 hours, regardless of how full the pad appears, to maintain hygiene.

• Fold the used pad inward before disposing of it hygienically.

Will this pad work for a slightly heavier flow day?

The XL is built for regular-to-medium flow. On noticeably heavier days, we’d recommend the Avyra XXL Night Pad instead, which has a longer body and higher-capacity core.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The top sheet is made without chlorine bleach and avoids harsh synthetic additives commonly linked to irritation. As with any new sanitary product, we recommend monitoring your first use if you have a history of skin sensitivity.

How often should I change it?
